Here I would like to talk about the nylon bibcock in detail.
The nylon bibcock adopts the same inside structure as nylon ball valve. Brass ball, brass stem. The body and handle is made of PA6+30% Fiber Glass. And stainless steel screw, which corrosion resistance.
Comparing to traditonally brass bibcock, the nylon bibcock has several advantages as following:
1. Longer circle life: The body of nylon bibcock is molded in glass reinforced nylon composite with high impact and tensile strength resulting in a light weight unit, free from corrosion. There is nearly no space between valve ball, valve stem and valve body, and the medium nearly can not reach to the valve stem, thus the valve stem could keep its central place even under higher pressure.
2. Competitive price: near 20-30% percent cheaper than common higher cost brass bibcock.
